How to Grow Lagurus from Seed
Direct sow into well prepared soil during March-May 1/4" deep spacing 12" apart making sure the seeds are lightly covered and kept moist.
Germination can vary depending on the weather but usually takes around 2 weeks. Thin out when the seedlings are large enough to handle. Prefers a warm, sunny position and a fine sandy soil.
Alternatively, the plants can be sown in pots during September-October using a gritty compost and left to overwinter in a cold frame before planting out in the spring.
