Bupleurum Rotundifolia Garibaldi
Bupleurum rotundifoliumLatin name
Euphorbia-like flower. Eucalyptus-like leaves. Bred primarily for its foliage and as a filler for bouquets where it lasts astonishingly well in water.
How to Grow Bupleurum from Seed
Bupleurum prefers moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Surface sow seeds in spring or autumn, light aids germination. Sow Bupleurum outdoors in March-May or August-October. Germinates at 13°C to 16°C in 30 days. Plants will grow much taller from an autumn sowing. Grow through support netting for best results. In cold areas protect from harsh winter weather with fleece or a cold frame.
