PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS
Sunflowers prefer to be sown directly into the garden although pot grown individuals will of course be earlier. Sow 11/2inches deep from mid April onwards directly into the garden or transplant from pots in early May. Feed regularly during the growing season.

PROFESSIONAL TIP
Cut Sunflowers early in the morning and stand them in deep buckets of water when the flower is not quite open. Plant food in the water is of especial benefit to the Sunflowers.
